CLASS DESCRIPTION

This immersive Workflow & Adobe Lightroom course is designed to transform confusion into clarity. Whether you are brand new to Lightroom or an experienced user who senses gaps in your process, this class brings structure, efficiency, and confidence to your digital workflow.

We begin with the foundation: organizing, importing, and building a clean, manageable catalog system. From there, you’ll learn how to edit with purpose—enhancing light, color, contrast, and detail in ways that elevate your images without overprocessing them. For advanced users, we refine technique, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and streamline habits that may be slowing you down.

The result?
A faster workflow.
A cohesive editing style.
A professional polish that supports your artistic voice.

Your images deserve a finishing process as intentional as the moment you captured them! Post-processing is not an afterthought—it is an essential part of modern photography. These structured sessions ensure you gain thorough, practical knowledge that saves time, strengthens consistency, and allows your work to stand confidently alongside professional imagery.

If you’re ready to use Lightroom to its full potential—and finally feel in control of your digital process—this course is for you.

If you are just dabbling with the “idea” of processing imagery, students have the option of taking this course “workshop-style” with no computer required!

PRE-REQUISITES

For students that want a hands-on experience, we require a laptop with Adobe Lightroom CLASSIC, pre-installed. Student should have the basic knowledge of how to: create folders and import images (from camera and/or card reader). Apple preferred, but any laptop with internet access will be accepted.

**If the student needs computer workflow assistance, private or semi-private lessons are available prior to the beginning of the semester.

SPACES LIMITED, REGISTER EARLY! Approximately (4) students per class. Cost is per participant. All participants must register either by appointment or on-line prior to sessions. There will be a waiting list available, when applicable. *Instructor make up classes/closed studio: due to production, illness or weather related concerns.

See Private Lessons for one-on-one instruction.

Please see Policy Guidelines or FAQ’s for additional questions.
