Sabrina interned for The CAC of HV for two and a half years at the New York Renaissance Faire through high school. With the leadership, organizational, and communication skills attained in the program, she has moved on to Cornell University’s Hotel Administration program with a concentration in food and beverage. In the Spring of 2020 she will attend the Culinary Institute of America and graduate with both a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and in Hotel Administration, leading to a career in the culinary industry with strong foundations built through the internship program.
