LOCATION

  • STUDIO: Minimum of six (6) students per 2-hr. studio workshop. Minimum of eight (8) students per 1.5-hr. studio workshop. We request at least (1) one troop leader and/or adult supervisor each session.

  • ON-LOCATION: Minimum of ten (10) students per on-location workshop. A travel fee may apply over 25-miles, please inquire for pricing.

We customize all scout educational requirements. Badges are not included. Please call to schedule dates, prior to booking your workshop(s) and more information.

TUITION

  • If paying tuition via Zelle, Cash or Check register here (do not place courses in your cart): ZELLE REGISTRATION FORM. We will text your confirmation once received.

    Please inquire early to book Spring lessons. Pre-registration required to hold dates and time slots.

DEPOSIT & STUDIO POLICIES

  • 50% tuition must be received to hold troop dates. Remaining tuition is due 1-week prior to workshop. Please contact us about any additional participants. Adults have the choice of supervision (free) or participation (a camera will be supplied with paid tuition).

  • Cancellation/rescheduling must be in writing or via phone 24-hrs. prior to the scheduled day. We will work together to reschedule your group workshop. Full tuition is due for any session that is cancelled in less than 24 hours. Please see our policy for more information.

  • All participants must register either by or on-line prior to sessions.Tuition must be received prior to lessons and to hold specific days.

*When requested, The CAC & STUDIO COVID Screening Form must be filled out by each participant, no earlier than 24hrs. prior to arrival.

The CAC of HV will provide a camera for on-site instruction. A flash drive at least 16GB is required for image storage. If preferred, students may also bring a personal cell phone, camera and/or laptop. We require comfortable and weather-related clothing, with a sneakers or a safe flat-soled shoe for outdoor shooting. Each participant should bring their own filled drinking bottle and as needed for summer months: greaseless sun lotion/outdoor bug spray.
